Hi guys-our K1 petition is at the NVC and we haven't received our NOA2. I was wondering if someone

could tell me, do I just call the USCIS 800 number or is there a number for the Vermont Svc Center?

And if I call USCIS number is there a good way to get through to an actual person so I can request to

speak to a supervisor?

call USCIS everyday until they send it to you or do an infopass...

It is not a big deal, because USCIS sent off your "approved" case to NVC and they in turn to the consulate. I would call NVC and start the tracking from there.

it's a BIG deal, Notice of Action 2 is required for Adjustment of Status, a replacement NOA2 cost over $300.00..
