A false rfe usually occurs after you pay the IV fee bill and when your 864 gets accepted (or if anything is accepted out of sequence like 230 before 864 etc...). The system generates an RFE automatically saying they are missing the entire 230 package... The AVR will probably say that the NVC has received your documents and they found something missing etc... If you call NVC, they can tell you if anyting was accepted (although they might not tell you WHAT it is)... If sent the 230 package and they say it is missing... dont worry, that is a false RFE.

The AVR will usually say the same thing until the case it complete...

falsh RFE, when you send and they miss it and than they keep telling you that you didn't send it send it again but at the and they find it and update you status. I know it's confusing
