What are you filing for? You can't hide the fact that you overstayed, so just answer the question honestly. If you are married seeking AOS, they will probably overlook your overstay.

Married UCS filling for AOS package. If overstayed then how to answer the question please?:unsure:

Shall I write J1 status even if Overstayed or just write Overstayed?

The question "Expired on" on I-485 Part I relates to Current Status question or I-94 Status?

Thanks

Make sure you answer honestly and put: Status- Visa type Expires on- date of I-94.

Example, If you entered on a J1 Visa then put: Status- J1 Visa Holder Expires on- 01/01/2001

Edited because OP posted while I was answering post.

Is it actually Visa expiration date or I-94 Expiration Date? The spouse's expireation Date on I-94 doesn't say anything - Indefinite.... What shall I put then?
