I just want to reiterate how much I hate the yankees

I'm right there with ya. Seeing celebrating Yankees sends me to the depths of despair.

When I saw the television camera following A-Rod around the bases in the bottom of the ninth I had to restrain myself from throwing the television out the window

Followed by a cut to Kate Hudson. Enough already!

By the way, good job last night, Phillies!

Good god the Dodgers looked like a Little League team. That was just awful. I'm not a fan of the Yankees, unless they are playing the Red Sox. But the Sox didn't even put up a fight this year, so it's not so much fun delighting in their failure.

not sure how someone can despise or hate a sports team..lol it is just a game ..lol

yeah my hubby is a Dodger fan, has been all his life but he still can appreciate other teams and players.. I don't think he hates any teams

You just don't get it.....hard to explain.

I HATE:

Cubs

Boston

Yankees

I can't even watch that Drew Barrymore/Jimmy Fallon movie cause they filmed it in Busch Stadium during our World Series loss.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

oh yeah....alth the "shots" of celebrities *barf*

that said, the Dodgers game had several gratuitous Kobe shots...they probably even had a "Kobe cam" just to record them

Nope, i'm at work. The censors at work have seen fit to block any embedded videos or pictures from image hosting sites. Far worse is that they have this system that when you go to a site that has been blocked by their filters will bring up a screen that says this site is blocked and for what reason. It then prompts you that you can continue onto the site or cancel and return to the previous page. If you continue, your activity will be logged and subject to review.

Last I heard, the Angels were trailing though.

not any more!

I am lucky in that I have a television in my office

Why do I have a feeling that the Yankees will get lucky again though?

The prospect is terrifying.

Any chance of staging a revolt?

Well, the filters aren't that complicated to get around. But i'd rather not upset the paycheck gods any more than I have

of course as soon as I type my post they homer to even the score.

the sight of then celebrating in the dugout makes me want to become physically violent

And it seems that every baseball commentator wants to give Jeter and A-Rod a simultaneous handjob. It's rough out there, I tell ya.
