Assuming USCIS already was informed of this conviction, and has scheduled an interview with you anyway, you'll just need to be prepared to discuss the conviction and show any documents related to it.

you might be SOL. crimes involving moral turpitude are taken seriously by USCIS. they are usually cause for expulsion if more recent than 5 years before any ajudication related to AOS, removal of condition, or citizenship application. if you have documentation that will show that you are some kind of victim in the crime itself (your husband made you work as a prostitute, for example) take it with you and hope it flies.

you should see an attourney who is competent in regard to VAWA and CIMT about this, as it is outside the norm. my reference comes from reading posts on an indian based US immigration board that has a lot of stories of CIMT deportations. seems those indian guys like prostitutes more than their legal status.

She's already been approved for the interview...and her arrest was known to the USCIS when she applied (hopefully).
