necessary docs for the interview?

hey, all!

We have our interview coming up on the 5th. in the notice it says to only bring the documents that were not already submitted, including the i-864. should we bother bringing it?

let me rephrase: does the interviewer already have the necessary documents that we've submitted before? i.e.: i-485, i-130, i-765, and i-864.

you could take a copy of all those documents if you still have them....just in case.... and make sure you remember what you wrote in there....cause they sure have your information if you are invited to the interview... but pay more attention to the proofs of your relationship that you will take with you.

i still have the copies, but i don't have my joint sponsor return anymore. it was faxed over by the irs once already. thank you for your help!

They will have EVERYTHING you ever submitted to USCIS in front of them.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
