not a K-1 question, moving to:

Direct Consular Filing (DCF) General Discussion

If you and your non US Citizen spouse live overseas and want to move to the USA to live together then this is the place for you.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Hi babypatz.

After your I-130 is approved, your petitioner will be given instructions on when to prepare the I-864 Affidavit of Support form, however s/he must establish domicile in the U.S. to qualify as a sponsor.

You may want to read the VJ Guides about Direct Consular Filing (DCF) for more information: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...om&page=dcf

After i-130 approved ,what was included in the next step ,we were wondering when we submit affidavit of support.

Thanks for your help.
