i sent an email to nvc gave them beneficiary,petitioner email,also called the operator and dictated him then i got this email from nvc today i do not understand are we on ap or a normal reply?

when did you send them an email? what did you say to them in the email? and did your SO get the same message back? sounds like your stuck in AP like the rest of us here.

i sent the email on 17th of sep before our case no is assigned,and called on the 20th gave op our emails.hope it goes fast

so now does it mean that your husband/wife sent them the choice of agent or you just made them know about the e-mail address ,( choice of agent ) known as DS-3032 form which is form telling the NVC that your petitioner is telling them that you are the one will receive any further notice from them instead of sending it to him/her to his own country and HERE you can read about the NVC stage and if anything you didn`t got it just replay and will try our best to let you know about it

i didn't send anything of forms cos nothing is generated yet i got a case no only,emailed them our emails plus a phone call to the op and dictated our emails thats all.

No, CR1 dont go thru AP at NVC, only K3 and K1 go thru AP at NVC.

If any AP for CR1 its known at time of the interview.
