I think I have everything but didn't send my packet out yet. I'm really scared that I'm missing something. Here's what I have:

-cover letter

-money order in the amount of $355(made it out to uscis/ us dept of homeland sec.)

-copy of vanessa's birth cert (also a translation in english)

-All the pages of my US passaport with all the stamps

-I-130 both pages (original copy)

-G-325a and one pic (us passaport type) for me

-G-325a and one pic (us passaport type) for my wife

-Marriage cert. (translation in english)

-affidavit from my mother of on-going realtionship

-affidavit from her mother of the same

-3 itineraries to Colombia to see my wife

-About 8 pages of Western Union receipt of money that I sent my wife.

-About 15 pics of the wedding

I also have a DVD of the wedding and reception should I send it????? I don't have phone logs because I use calling cards. I threw them out them so I don't even have them. No e-mails because we talk everyday.

I really don't know if this is all I need.... PLEASE HELP!! really want to send my packet to start this long process and be with my wife...... These are all the things I have for the K3.

thanks

James Mario

Looks good like Malr said, but dont file for a K3 , it will only slow you down at USCIS for a approval.

The CR1 visa is better then a K3. Filing for a K3 will NOT get your petitions approved faster!!! Best wishes!!

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Just submit your file with the I-130 and wait. That will automatically put you on the Cr-1 path. Don't submit the I-129F for the K-3

Good luck.
