HOLA A TODOS ME DA MUCHO GUSTO HABER PODIDO ENCONTRAR ESTA PAGINA . ES DE GRAN AYUDA.

TENGO UNA PREGUNTA HABER SI ME LA PUEDEN CONTESTAR.. MI HIJO NACIO EN COLOMBIA Y YA LE SAQUE DOCUMENTOS DE CIUDADANO AMERICANO Y PASAPORTE . YA PRONTO TENDRE LA CITA PARA IR POR MI FAMILIA . ALGUIEN SABE SI EL TAMBIEN NECESITA EXAMEN MEDICO ?

TIENE UN ANITO DE EDAD Y ES CIUDADANO AMERICANO PERO SERA SU PRIMERA SALIDA DE COLOMBIA.

Como es un CIUDADANO no se nesisita el medico pero el nino tiene passaporte de colombia tambien?

4/14/10 Email approval for 13 yr Old CR 4/23/10

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )
I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png

No Se sorry hay otro membros que sabe mas y mi espanol no es muy good

Pero como tiene el passpaorte de EU no hay problema en la sailida ( creo ) viejan con los dos padres or uno solo

Si el niño nació en Colombia quiere decir que tiene doble ciudadanía. Por ley (colombiana) todo ciudadano colombiano necesita entrar al país con el pasaporte colombiano. Ahora, hay muchas personas que sólo entran y salen con el pasaporte americano sin ningún problema ya que los agentes del DAS no se han dado cuenta que son colombianos, pero esto va contra la ley.

Si es posible, trate de sacarle el pasaporte colombiano al niño ya que él es colombiano de nacimiento.
