Here we are again haha! Its just that we still have a lot of questions before sending the package and not get screwed.

This is the situation ; I have to go back to Belgium by the end of this month,so my fiance and I are taking off sept 30th.

He will be staying there for 3 weeks and then return to the US.

My question is, if it is a good idea to send our package in before we leave, or would it be better if we send it when he is back in the US?

We don't know how long it will take to get our NOA1 and in worst case they will ask for more evidence.

How much time do you have to send them more evidence because we don't want to be stuck with that while we are in Belgium.

Can someone please :help: us asap?

Send and go. Receiving your MOA1 is no big deal and they won't be getting to your petition for a number of months and only then would they send you an RFE if requiremed.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Yes nothing to worry about, it's a lengthy process :)

The NoA1 should arrive a few days after you sent the package, you'll also have a clue when they cash the check.

After that, it will take at least 3 months before you hear from them.

By the way, when asking questions regarding an I-129F it's best to use the appropriate forum Family & Marriage Based Immigration (K1, K3, IR1, etc) to the USA > K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures you'll get much more answers there :)

And also, you might want to :time:

Take care :)

I-751 package sent : 03/30/2012

I-751 receipt date : 04/03/2012
