Hello every one ,

Hello evey one our case for k3 us citzen petioning for husband move to local loss angeles office on On February 12, 2009 and we got notice saying which all this which is mention below.

On February 12, 2009 we transferred this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to our LOS ANGELES, CA location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case.

Now it been over 6 month and we heard nothing about our case so far.we feel so worry and do,t know how long we have wait .Is it happend with some one ?or any now about .pls share with me .becoue we are so worry .

We were transferred to CA in October or Nov of 2008. We hear nothing until July when we received and RFE for his medical, sent the day it expired. We submitted the new medical and received his green card the next week without an interview.

The whole process if just very slow.
