No, there is no change in the message yet, nor have I received an email, but I've read that for some people it has taken a few days to have a change in the message and/or an email sent to them. But since 07/11/06 I've had a 2nd touch on my I-485 and on my I-130, so I hope it is good news.

My husband had his AOS interview on 6-29-06 and his NC was pending. However he got a LUD on his i485 and approved I765 today(7/20). I am hoping its a good sign.

BTW where did you read that it will take few days to get the approval email after a LUD. Did you try calling 800 no to ask abt it?

Thanks

The waiting must be a killer at this point...I hope the "touch" is a good sign...Good luck...

Dorothy

Well, I'm beginning to think that our last touch was just where they moved the box that contains our file so they could bring in a window air conditioner......

:lol::lol:

that is funny but I bet its the truth...

I was touched three times in a week - 15, 16, 18 July and yet I have had no message update or email - I don't even know whether my case has been sent to a service center or if it is still sitting in Chicago.

Sadly I am really beginning to think touches mean absolutely nothing... I really want something to happen on my case...I was praying for a California transfer but now I just want anyone to take my case and work on it.

Well, I had 2 touches in a weeks time and there have been no changes to my status message, and I have not received any emails or mail. I guess sometimes touches really do mean nothing, but that whole concept is so strange to me. They must be doing something to the file for the date to change????!!!!
