Hi everyone,

i wanna know how long will you get the actual ead card. i received an email saying EAD card production ordered on September 9, 2009. I already received the AP approval notice in the mail dated September 9 too.

My question is do we get a SNAIL MAIL from the uscis for EAD approval other than the EMAIL saying CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED or just the actual card is what i am waiting now?

Thank you my VJ family.

Congratulations in you Approval for your EAD and AP! I got my EAD Card 3 days after I received an email notice from CRIS saying about the Approval and card production order of my EAD (i didn't apply for AP) so I'm sure yours will come soon!

Thank you so much izelnai for your quick response. When i woke up this morning, i right away checked the uscis website for any update and i was surprise to receive a second "CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED" email dated September 15, 2009 with exactly the same message as to the first "card production order" email dated September 9, 2009.

Can you help me? I wanna know what's wrong and if this is normal. I am anxious waiting for the card.

i think some people get erroneous duplicate emails from CRIS. Dont worry, too much about that. My husband got his card 5 days after the email. I think it says "30 days" right? IF you dont have it by the 9th, then I would call USCIS and inquire about it.

good luck on job hunting :)

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
