I am going crazy! According to the confirmation from the USPS, my RFE arrived at the CSC on last Saturday, July 8, 2006. To date, I have not either received any e-mails nor is it showing up on the USCIS website that I have been touched sine July 5th. How long before I may hear something from the CSC notifying me that they have actually "officially" received the RFE? Is anyone else's taking this long?

I was hoping to have Rong here by this August, but now with this IMBRA business God only knows when she will be coming! Patience is not one of my stronger virtues and I believe this FUBAR IMBRA business would test the patience of Job!! Thanks for letting me rant and rave for a bit. I am soooo frazzled!:blink::help:

If it makes you feel better, I mailed mine in on July 1st. I just got acknowledgment today that they received my RFE. Have faith!

Thanks, I feel better now....not much, but a little bit better. I am on hold right now with the USCIS...at least a 25 minute wait ahead of me!

Yippee! When I got to work this morning and checked my personal email, there it was! The message from the CSC indicating that they had received my IMPBRA RFE response was sitting there pretty as can be. :)

The message states the same as the others who have received acknowledgement from the CSC for the IMPBA RFE response...that it will not affect processing times.....yeah, riiiiiiight! Let me see...according to my calculations my Rong should be just about on her way to her interview next month.....yep, no processing delays... :P:whistle::lol:

At least there is movement of some sort on our case....that alone is reason enough to smile!

It took them 4 days to email me after they signed for it at the P.O.

I just got my IMBRA RFE acknowledged yesterday. I think you might get your interview as soon as September but August in my humble opinion is unrealistic. I hope I am wrong. The entire process takes about 193 days from what I have read.

I am in the same boat. Our time lines are almost identical. I still have not rec'd e-mail notice on receipt of the RFE either. But it is taking CSC 7-10 days before an update, even if they update. But, I believe in the next 3-4 weeks we will receive our NOA2's. If things work logically. But it seems there is no logic to this process. Good luck, I want to have my SO here as soon as possible as well. But I think November my be a better guess or even longer given the state of processing times.

I expect you are correct.....just really positive wishful thinking on my part. The waiting is absolutely maddening! If only my fiancee lived in Canada instead of China. Then, I could drive across the border and see her with some frequency.
