Hi! we are just about to file for our application. we found out that the G-325a form that i signed is expired. it says on the upper left corner of the form that the form expires 5-31-09. i sent the forms a couple of months ago to my fiancee in the US. can we still use that form? or should i just send her a new one? that will take long for us again to file. not to mention spending more money for Fedex. thanks! God bless!

USCIS site says the older form is accepted. Don't worry. Just make sure you have 4 for each of you (8 total). And if you take my advice, make backup copies of everything, 1 package for the gov., 1 for you, and 1 for fiancee (3 total), (which I recommend) there will be a total of 24 of these pages (12 for your info and 12 for her info).

Straight from the USCIS site:

Biographic Information G-325A $0.00 6/12/09. Previous editions accepted.
