I have a couple of questions... My dad is my co-sponsor and is on full disability. He doesn't get monthly checks, but direct depsits. He made 51,000 last year. What evidence do i need to submit? Is just submitting his last year tax return and w2 sufficient or do i need a bank statement with details also?

Also, in my own evidence on the form if i don't have life insurance or property.. on those lines do i put N/A, None, $0, or just leave it completely blank? Thank you so much for your help!

At the very least, you will always need to submit the most recent year's tax return or a signed letter stating why a tax return did not need to be filed. After that, it's up to the consulate to decide what they want. Check the instructions in packet 3 and 4 carefully. If you want to get a head start, check the consulate's website for instructions, or send them an email.

You don't need to list anything besides income unless you want to use assets (like life insurance or property) to make up for insufficient income. If you don't list a particular asset, then leave it blank. Putting "n/a" indicates that line is somehow not applicable to you, and putting $0 implies you HAVE the asset, but it's worthless.
