To meet the minimum of 125% in 48 contiguous states one should earn ~18000 per year. Will amount of credit used be considered a factor in determing ones eligiblity to provide support?

or even with clever accounting practices its easy to come out with an AGI of less than that.

K1/K3 affidavit of support pertains to the consular stage of the process - moving to Embassy and Consulate Discussion...

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Not exactly sure what you're asking here.

Debt is not counted against you in figuring income/assets to meet the support requirements. On the other hand, available credit cannot be counted as an asset toward meeting the requirements.
