Brother-in-law should be a co-sponsor or joint sponsor ?

Hi

I have paid my AOS fee online about 10 days back. I have few questions :

a) I am unemployed since 04/09 so I want to take help from my brother-in-law to compensate the income requirements. Do I need to make him a co-sponsor or joint sponsor (as I think I can't count him under household member). Which form I need to fille and which one he needs to fill ?

c) Do I need to provide any documents to establish my relation with my brother-in-law ?

c) After NVC receives AOS packet, I think next step is to send applicant documents (beneficiary's). How much time approx it can take before we need to send those documents ?

d) I have worked only 2 months in 2009. On I-864 form, what income I should mention as my current annual income ...Thanks
