did you include a g-325a for your spouse?

how many certified copies of marriage should we send when applying for AOS?

just one is enough.

No g325a needed for spouse with AOS.

Some send copies of marriage certificate with AP and EAD if they have changed their last name to show proof.

huh? when we were filing back in june, we had to include 2 copies of g-325a.

When filing petitions YES there are two copies needed. When filing AOS it is only needed for the immigrant/beneficiary not the USC. :)
