The new 'tax' rules seem insane.

Seriously. Are you going to have to pay more taxes than rent collected if you own more than 38 streets?

Well that would be idiotic. What kind of "global real estate domination" are we talking about here if you can't own more than 38 streets?

It seems to be that's what they're doing. Totally defeats the purpose of the game.

Well let's see... who can win a game like this? There clearly is an optimal number of streets

you can own before you hit diminishing returns. At that point, what do you do to grow?

You can keep selling your old buildings and building new, bigger ones. You can't buy any

new streets. There's absolutely no reason to buy a cheap street (for less than $1m).

Not only do you collect less rent money from such a street, but it also jacks up your tax rate.

It's up.

Unexpected change: streets are no longer capped at $1m. Good streets cost more than $3m

so you can't buy them right away.

Another "surprise": I got a promotional coupon in a chance card for a 10% off at hasbrotoyshop.com

or some shіt.

:ranting: I knew it was gonna come up while I was sleeping!

My major street is now almost $5M, shoot.

Just after I acquired a $10,000 piece of Interstate too, I was pissed.

Yeah, they have pulled the plug for what they reckon will be 3 hours to 'eradicate' the cheaters and possibly some of the other glitches, it was as slow as molasses the last time I played. I would like them to clear some of this stuff up, but I don't really like them making changes to the rules once we have started our strategies - it makes it sort of meaningless.

I found some interesting stuff here:

I am not feeling very patient about the improvements at the moment ;)

I have put you on ignore. No really, I have, but you are still ruining my enjoyment of this site. .

Don't know about withdrawing offers, not made any yet, but for the second question yes.

Re Jenn and chance cards, yes, not as many, a bit frustrating but I shall plug on.

Ok I found the answer in the FAQ.

Q:Can I take back an offer that I made on a property? I changed my mind.

A: No. All offers are final. A capitalist world is a cruel world. Be sure before you send that offer.

Look how they worded that, those capitalist hating bastards down at Hasbro. :P
