I think I can still find it out!

I just discovered something. If you have an expensive st, you get more money for the property rent, but you don't have to pay more for the property. That's a bit messed up.

Why is it messed up? A building is a building - costs the same to build in NYC or Wichita, but the rent is higher in NYC.

It's messed up in terms of Monopoly. Normally houses on the cheaper properties are cheaper.

Right, I have bought my three streets and now have 6 properties. One of the streets was an accidental purchase so I may get rig of it. Not sure how you got 10 Streets Wilson. I guess you just bought cheap ones ;)

You don't have to hire NYC workers to build a building in NYC. You can hire Wichita workers or illegals.

I was looking at the streets in my city and the one I live on now is way cheaper than the one I used to live on... and it's half the length.

The street I live on is also super close to our "lake", I think it's just a giant pond.

I wonder how they determine the value of the streets.

I got a chance card to bulldoze someone else's building (which I did) and another one to build a

bonus property (stadium) on one of my streets. (My residents were "demanding" a stadium, apparently.)

I think probably, if you really want to win, you will find a city that is unoccupied - something not very fashionable so that you don't get targeted until you have been able to build up your empire. Places like New York are probably going to be rather competitive - but we shall see ;)
