I already had my interview and I am waiting for my oath letter. Two months passed and up till now I haven't received it.

I called to customer service and they told me that there is a period of time of 90 days after the interview to receive the letter. The case status online doesn't show updated information.

Should I wait 90 days to receive the letter or it's better to make an infopass appointment before and go in person to talk with an inmigration officer. I have to drive two hours to go to the inmigration office.

Please, if somebody has a similar situation I would appreciate any suggestion.

Thanks.

Well, put in your shoes, I'd wait until the 90 days are up and then make an InfoPass appointment. Actually you can make the appointment and then cancel it if you get the letter in the meantime.

USCIS has to respond by law within 120 days, not really much you can do about that unless they gave you a commitment. Wife was told she should hear within two weeks, gave them four, then contacted my senators office. Got her oath letter within two hours via e-mail with a letter from the office manage with an apology. Her IO misplaced her file.
