Hello All....

I was hired from the agency on a contract basis. You know how agency works... u work for them for 6 months & if the company that the agency contracts to wants you, they pay a premium to the agency to get you in. It's kinda like a temp to hire position. My question is, will this be a cause of denial for the K1 visa? This is one of the supporting documents for the I-134 fiance visa petition (K1).

Do you have to be full time permanent to get approved?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Was your annual income last year above the 125% poverty level for the number of people to be in the future household?

How about the year before that?

And the year before that?

If not, then you will need a cosponsor. :guides:

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
