I am sorry if this seems like an ignorant question, but I am a little paranoid about rejection and could not find anything in the guides that is specific to this. The other day me and my fiance were filling out the G-325 Biographic Information form on the computer. In the example of that form given on this site it says to type in "None" into file number, Us social security, and Alien registration number. But as soon as we clicked away from those boxes it changed the None to "000-000-000" Is this something they build into the program and its alright to print it with the "000-000-000" instead of none? We have tried it on two computers and it does the same thing. Thanks for your time.

I am sorry I forgot to add one more question about the G-325A. "Under Applicant's last address outside of United States of more than one year." This sites example has "June 1996- Present" When we tried to do the same and type present in the second box there were only three spaces to put letters. Do we put Sep? 2009 rather than present? Would they send back the form if we wrote Sep, or should we print out and write present? Thanks again

Print the form and handwrite it if nothing else. Any combination of printed or handwritten is acceptable as long as they can read it.

Unless she already has an "A" number, then it will revert to "O's" and that's no problem to leave it like this. I'd handwrite you answer to the other question you asked.
