what is that different?

Once you get the NOA2, the USCIS sends the case to the National Visa Center - NVC. NVC Received is the date they get it from USCIS. Every case they get goes through Additional Processing - AP, sometimes for a day or two oooooooooorrrrrrrrrrr sometimes for weeks/months. So the NVC Left date is when they are done with it and have sent it to the US Consulate.

how do we track nvc received and left date?

Will that show on the USCIS.GOV website the way we track noa1 and noa2???
