Hello friends, can you share how you arrange your documents for Application of AOS. I want to be guided as to the proper way of arranging papers. It is good to have organize packet to be submitted to USCIS.

1. Application

2. Personal Check for ($1010.00)

3. Two (2) Passport Style Photographs – Name of Person

4. Copy Of Biographical Page – Name of Person

5. Copy of Birth Certificate –Name of Person

6. I-94 Information – Name of Person

7. Copy of Marriage License

8. G25A Form – Name of Person

9. Sealed I-693 – Medical Exam & Vaccination Record

10. I-864 Affidavit of Support Application

a) Copy of 2006/2007/2008 Tax Returns

B) W-2’s for 2007/2008

c) Letter From Employer

d) Pay Stubs – October 2008 – June 2009

11. I-765 Employment Authorization Application

a) Copy of Biographical Page – Name of Person

B) I-94 Information – Name of Person

c) Two (2) Passport Style Photographs – Name of Person
