I am a student (the petitioner) and will be providing affidavit of support with a joint sponsor ( my mom) as for me i have no income right now but i do have bank accounts which basicaly my parents transfer money into it so should i include taht in the affidavit of support on my behalf? if so will i need to present a letter from the bank on when i opened the account etc?

also me n my fiance have a joint account as well, basically i just opened an account for us put some money in it and its just there so there is no realy big deposits made into it from either end. Will it be useful to include that in ?

The sections for bank account, assets, etc. are optional and are intended to be used if the sponsor needed to make up any shortfall in income. If you are not using it to make up a shortfall - which you're not (from the sounds of it), you do not need to disclose this information. If I were you - I would not, I would just include my income (if any) along with my most recent year's tax return (and supporting documents) or a letter explaining why I did not file or did not have to file taxes.
