AOS fee Rejected

Hello Everyone!

I am from Santo Domingo and my mother became an AC last December but we are in the immigration process since five year ago.

As we know that this processed for resident permanent take a long time we were so worried about it just after she received the AOS FEE of $70.00.

She paid it and everything appeared to be normal, then she sent the DS-3032 as it was required.

We received the IV service Bill as normal but the now the AOS FEE say REJECTED…

Is it normal? do I need to be worried about it?

I would call NVC to check why the payment has been rejected.

I did as you recommended and they told me to ignore the rejected message because in their system appear paid.
