Both you and the co-sponsor would need to complete a I-864 and supply all the supporting documents that are required.

Joint sponsor is married and have 3 kids (so house hold is counting 5 persons?) You need to file for I-864 and your daughter needs to file a separate form I-864. Your daughter should request a tax transcript from the IRS (see instructions for form I-864).

2-For the last 3 years i did not file tax return because i m nor required to,what should i included in the I 864 (my w2

of each year or should i ask the income tax to send me a not required letter of filling?) How is the IRS going to know that you are not required to file taxes? They don't know if you had other income aside from your W-2. You need to send a letter along with your I-864 explaining why you were not required to file taxes.

thank you so very much for helping
