Jamaican Food!!

Ok y'all i'm bored my nerves taking over so of course i'm just thinking about Jamaica (my hubby ) and the food that i miss so much, (i cook Jamaican food all day) my favorite is JERK CHICKEN! from the street corner what's your favorite if any and can you cook it?

i love saltfish! my favorite is saltfish rundown.....but i love saltfish anything...fritters, cabbage and satlfish, saltfish and banana, yams, ackee.....and YES, mi can cook it!

My favorite is jerk pork and I desperately need to get better at cooking cuz A will pretty much only eat Jamaican food...(90% Jamaican...10% other - and that 10% is very limited)

Well, let's just say it's a work in progress--I am trying though, but my husband LOVES to cook and so he has spoiled me over the years!
