Hello everybody!

I have a question regarding the two notice of action forms we received in the mail after filing for change of status to a permanent resident. We received the receipt notice (amount paid) for the I-485 - Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust as well as the I-765 -Application for Employment Authorization Document. One of these documents lists that I paid $1,010 whereas the other lists I paid $0.00. I was wondering if I should be concerned that it lists I paid $0.00 on the Notice of Action for the I-765 - Application for Employment Authorization. My husband and I thought the $1,010.00 would cover both fees for the I-485 Adjustment of Status and the I-765 Employment Authorization Document.

The notice of action also said they will eventually send us a date and location for where the biometrics appointment will take place.

I greatly appreciate any feedback whatsoever...thanks for your help!

It does but you only paid on the I-485, technically there was no charge for the I-765 which is why it shows $0.00

The notice of action also said they will eventually send us a date and location for where the biometrics appointment will take place.

In short - all is as it should be.

a;so, with this letter i can extend my id? becouse mine was out when my i-94 expired

Its hard to tell you as it depends on the state requirements, most want to see the actual EAD and not just the receipt that you have filed.
