so stressing... waiting for NOA2

few weeks ago i still hoping for the noa2 to arrive but nothing & its almost 5months & 10days from now nothing official news to me & my fiance. we both checking uscis status online but our cases is "pending" & my fiance called many times the VSC they said keep waiting etc.

and i feel so stressful & crying.gif crying.gif crying.gif because i have friends here in vj that they received their noa2 within 4 month or 5months.

i am upset & jealous every time i heard from my friends that they received their noa2 and me till now is nothing... i keep waiting & trying to be patient but how long? i feel am so hopeless :crying: .... sometimes my crazy mind said "i want to breakup my fiance because i feel we're not deserve to each other but my heart is dying if i did crying.gif crying.gif crying.gif .

my question is i want to know how long it will take this real K1 Fiance visa?

and how really long u will waiting for NOA2 to start a new journey of processing papers?

it said here in jv within 8months or sometimes 6months completed process till u flight in the coutry were is your love one...

what will i do my fellow vj? give me advice

Hang in there. I know it's hard. I was doing just fine until people with the same timelines as mine (and even later ones) started receiving their NOA2s as well. I've had my share of tears. I have also had the "should I break up with him thoughts" throughout this process. Not because of the wait time so much as because I feel bad about "taking him away" from his family. He insists that I am his family and he wants to be with me.

Is your avatar a pic of ya'll's baby? If it is PLEASE PLEASE don't break up with him. I have two daughters, and even though their dad left me for another woman and I am glad he is gone, raising them without a dad has been beyond hard. I wouldn't recommend it unless the dad is a creep and you are better off without him.

I called customer service on Friday (first call!) and they told me that VSC is officially on March 5th. I think your NOA date is the 11th? So hopefully just a few more days.

In the mean time- try to keep your self busy! I have loads of laundry to do and some more painting of the inside of my house.

Don't give up, i know waiting is the hardest part of this process. just hang on there, like Arabella said VSC is now working on march 5th so sooner you will get your NOA2 too. Don't think about breaking up your fiance, when we are still waiting for our NOA2 i feel like i want to give up every time i check USCIS and see the pending note, i miss my fiance so much and it is very painful when i don't even have idea when we gonna be together again no visit plans for 2009 so my only hope is this visa to finally see him again and be together for good.

Let our LOVE for them win this waiting game, and don't ever let go chance to be with the person we truly love & also who truly loves us and willing to wait and endure the hardship of this long process ... Let's just keep the faith to God and to our loving fiance...anyway i will keep you guys in my prayers. GOD BLESS

hi there, all I can say BE PAtieNt no matter how long it takes. In my case, it took five months till I got my NOA2 last year, we don't call the USCIS, we just wait the result, in my own opinion, the more u call them the more ur papers stuck there. And besides you are not the only one applicants, many are there waiting for almost a year till they got approval. They will need to check the background of your fiance or husband to be and their status here in AMerica. I am just glad that my husband is single and no kids that is why we don't have much hassles in our paperworks and has job with no criminal records. That would be a help! If you have divorcee man, it takes time because they need to find out how many times ur man married and how kids they are supporting or whatever. Don't go break up to ur fiance, that is bad. You don't know how hard they work here in AMerica just to find money for the processing and support you and pay for the vacation just to see you. Some filipina thinks that kano is rich? Huh...if you just knew how they work hard here just to support their love ones in PI...sometimes they don't have time for theirselves. You will realize that someday when u get here in States. So, be thankful anyway, no matter what. ANd be happy if you hear ur friend having NOA2 ...i meant be happy for what they got. Remember, you will be the next who will get the approval. Okay ba? thank u so much for your message to me po... my fiance didn't married but he has a one son that living on his mother... he support his child & yup... also me, u right maybe i really didn't give appreciation my fiance what he's doing for me that's why i feel this way? am so bad ... but thank u po i can relate now from u and also to the people given me advice & share them feelings also...

your welcome girl, cheer up... thanks JHONCEL4EVER for the reply, that's indeed true, our man is working hard so they can afford visiting their girl in the Philippines and then now spending tons of money for this visa process so we can join them and start our life together. It's true that it's tough for us but it is tougher for the guys, sometimes they don't even have the time to rest because of their work.

whenever we feel down lets just don't forget their sacrifices for us, so no matter how tough never break up your fiance because it will break his heart and his trust about love.

when i feel discouraged this is what i told my self, IF MY MAN IS STILL FIGHTING FOR OUR LOVE, WHY I SHOULD GIVE UP! right?
