Expedite process at NVC

Hi guys,

does anyone know if you can actually expedite the process of an I130 at the NVC anyhow? My hubby has orders that he had to move to the US right after our marriage. Now I was told from NVC that he might wanna fax these orders to expedite the process? Is that a misinformation?? Did she get something wrong? I am confused.

I was told once the case file gets to NVC the embassy can start processing things on their end because they are both DOS. My wife called the Embassy in Taiwan but they said they still didn't "see" our case yet but once they do they can start processing it inclding getting her medical done.
