my fiance will be taking her 2nd medical test at saint lukes in september, my question is to anyone that has taken the 2nd medical, will we have to pay the banco de oro fee a 2nd time along with the medical fee?

if it's for follow-up tests to the first ones (which is usually the case), you don't have to pay a second time. is she required to take to come back for sputum tests? if so, no addt'l fees need to be paid.

Not sure about the medical tests the 2nd time costing more, BUT you paid Banco De Oro for the visa fee not the medical fee. You should have paid the medical fee at St Lukes.
