What exactly is the NOA1 and what is the NOA2. I have an idea of what those are, but I can't seem to find any confirmation.

Is the NOA1 the notice that the USCIS received all the application paperwork and the NOA2 the notice that the USCIS has approved the app and is now being sent to the National Visa Center then to the respective embassy?

Also, what does "touched" mean? Thanks again.

Don't feel bad, HW... we've all been there!! :luv: I think the "touched" question gets asked here at least once a month...
