I-94 Expire

What happens once the I-94 expires. My fiance entered on a K-1 Visa, we got married a few weeks after her arrival. I am just wondering what happens once we go pass the date for I-94 expire date and we still don't hear about AOS status. We just now sent the AOS paper work into Chicago, but the I-94 will expire in 3 weeks.

Nothing really happens - they will have your AOS package long before the I-94 expires. To ease your worries - even if you did get married (before the I-94 expired) but didn't file AOS until after it expired - nothing really would have happened. The foreign spouse's status would be considered "out of status" (which isn't necessarily a terrible thing), then "Pending" once the AOS package is received.

With 3 weeks to go and having already sent in the package - I'd say you're just fine.

Since you have sent your package already, you should be fine.
