Can take a couple of weeks. Keep in mind, even though you may be told your case/file left, it doesn't necessarily mean it is gone/in-the-mail. NVC often mails things in batches and it is very doubtful they ever send individual cases by themselves. So the file could be sitting in a bin until there are enough to send out. It will get there - not to worry.

Ours actually got there in 4 days. I would start calling the embassy after a week to check.

thank u for the response...i already called the embassy in manila and they said they have already our case in the computer but they dont have yet the hardcopy and they said ill wait for 2 weeks then call them. one more question becoz i am planning to have my medical exam now but they said i need a referral to show at st. luke???whom i gonna request that and is it really ok for me to take the med.exam now even if i dont have call yet at the embassy?

Don't wait on them to send you anything or you may get old. Go to this page and learn all you need to...Call them and see if they have your package yet and set an appointment.

Has she/he got all the paperwork ready yet, is the medical done.

Go to StLUKES send her a copy of the letter from NVC, email or mail your choice: it's walk in so don't worry best to go Tues-Thurs to avoid rush.
