Hey ladies and gents. My fiancee's visa interview is in 3 weeks. While right now I just got the approval NOA2 of my sister and her family to bring them here in which my mother filled this form back in 2006. Now her NOA2 is in the NVC and probably on the way to the embassy.

Since, I filled for my fiancee, and my mother for my sister and her family, both my mom and I live at the same appartment which we listed in the forms. Should I get worried if the embassy receives my sister's NOA2, would they deny a visa for my fiancee??? I want my fiancee to come over before my sister

any suggestions?

Thank you

If they ask for it, be honest and explain the situation. If they do not ask for it, Don't tell them more then they ask for. ;)

Love is patient and kind;

it is not jealous or conceited or proud;

love is not ill-mannered or selfish or irritable;

love does not keep a record of wrongs;

love is not happy with evil, but is happy with the truth.

Love never gives up; and its faith, hope, and patience never fail.

Love is eternal.

Nothing in the above post is ground for denial and even a red flag.

P.S. Maybe don't tell your sister that you want your fiance here first. :lol:

I agree- only answer what is asked. The only possible stumble might be that if they note all these petitions together, between you and your mother, you will need to demonstrate financial eligibility for all of them. Overall, I would not worry much about it. Clearly the motivations to bring family members and fiances are both legit!
