ONE stupid queston but just want to make sure: We Send everything everything to this address right?

To Whom It May Concern:

Enclosed please find my Form I-485, Fee of $930 + Biometrics Fee $80, I-693 Form, I-864, I-765, and I-131, application to register for permanent residence adjust status after entry on K1 Visa.

Contents include:

- Copy of U.S. Entry Passport, first page (bio) + U.S. Entry Stamp Page.

- Copy of K1 Visa page from passport

- Copy of I94 (Front & Back)

- Copy of K1 Visa Approval Notice of Action from USCIS for petition I129.

- Copy of Birth Certificate-(xxx) with English Translation

- Copy of Marriage Certificate

- G325A

- 2 passport photos attached with name written on the back side.

- I-693 vaccination supplement

- Copy of vaccine from Korean hospital, (information transcribed by designated civil surgeon onto I693 form in sealed envelope)

- I-864 Affidavit of Support

- I-864 Supporting Documents (tax return for 2006, 2007 and 2008), (Pay stubs +W2 for proof of income).

- I-765 Application for work permit

- I-131 Application for travel document

The application for employment authorization and the application for travel are separate applications from the one for AOS. They each have things that go with them. The directions for those application forms will tell you. They get processed by different departments so need to have their supporting documents with them. Think of it as sending 3 stand alone packets all in the same envelope, not just one big packet. I paperclipped AOS, EAD, and AP separately with what was requested for each one.

Just talked to my husband. We don't need --- Travel Documents --- so ~ yes I did read that we need additional 2 photos to go with the I765. but since we are filing under c9, it states we wouldn't need additonal copies of his I94 entry.

Not sure if i'm 100% correct, anyone had similar experience?
