Hi guys, I am new to this K1 Visa business. Sent out my RFE end of June, still waiting for a reply.

How can you see how many times uscis has touched my petition?

You can't. When you log into USCIS you can see when your case was last updated--but not how many times it was updated.

Don't worry about touches--our case was touched only once--the day before it was approved! Some people's cases get touched many times others none.
