So yesterday afternoon I receive the following e-mail from the US Embassy in Bogota;

Thank you for your message.

We have completed the administrative processing in your case as of this morning. Your wife does not have any ineligibilities. However, before we can issue her visa, she must have an approved I-212 form from USCIS. Please see http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-212.pdf to download this form (the instructions are at http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-212instr.pdf). This form should be filed with the local USCIS office that handled your wife’s departure. Once it is approved, you can bring us a copy, and we will be able to issue your wife’s visa.

Please contact USCIS directly with any questions regarding this form.

Sincerely,

IV Unit

So my concern is this. In the instructions of the I-212 it states "Attach all correspondence that you have in your possesion relating to your deportation or removal". We turned those papers in to the Embassy the day of our interview and unfortunately, we did not make any copies. The other concern I have is that USCIS didn't handle my wife's departure. ISAP did. I'm not sure where to start first. Any advise?
