No - electronic media is not accepted (no CD/DVDs, memory chips, or other methods).

Your best evidence would not come from photos/videos, but rather from passport stamp(s), airline boarding passes, hotel/car rental receipts, etc.

Thank you for your reply otto und karin

No problem...

Gather and keep every scrap of evidence from your recent visit - follow the Step-by-Step guide (above) and you should have a successful Visa Journey.

(By the way - even though photos are considered 'secondary' evidence - if your video is digital, you could pretty easily cut and print a few still photos from your video.)

Would they accept video evidence as proof that i met my fiance in person? i only have one picture of us two together. Met her july 13-28 2009. Want to petition for a k1 visa.

Electronic media is not allowed. We filed our petition with only 1 photo and got approved without RFEs. Photos are secondary evidence and need to be supported with primary evidence like travel documents. One photo and other evidence of meeting in person should be fine.
