Hello everyone,

Just want to find out what you all put as the answer for this question in part 3: Were you inspected by an immigration officer? I kind of think to check "YES" because I was asked to bring my "big brown envelope" to the office at the POE. But "NO" because there I was simply waiting to be called and then I got a stamp right away. Please advice me what to do. Thanks.

Also, the A# is differemt from the non-immigration visa number, right? From what I have read, the number found on NOA2 (I-129F) above my name is the A#, and the one found at bottom right corner on my K1 visa is the non-immigration visa #. Correct me if I am wrong.

If you write "NO" to that question your application will be denied....

They are asking whether you came to the US through legal means, which you did so write in YES.

A# is your alien number not visa number. You may not have one yet.

Officially your photos must be less than thirty days old, however they are not likely to deny your case if they are only lets say 35 days old. But if you have recently had major facial reconstructive surgery I would suggest you get new ones...

Good Luck with that.

Your A# is on the K1 NOA2 (might also have been written by the CBP officer on the back of the I94).

Also, as said above, the question about being inspected asks if you passed by a CBP officer on your way into the country, and you did since you gave your envelope to one and got an I94. Saying no implies you snuck across the border somewhere and evaded CBP.
