And why would you suppose the countries rating would be any higher when Healthcare is run by the Govt?

IN fact if being low on the list is evidence we need "Change" then I propose you post how our Govt Run education ranks and how we can implement "Change" in that regard?

Perhaps get it out of the control of Govt?

BUt really, all this silly "rating systems" aside.....the bottom line is:

IT IS NOT THE ROLL OF THE FEDERAL GOVT. TO PROVIDE A DOCTOR TO YOU.

-Every time we enact one these type programs, it just adds more legitimacy.. to enact the next program which the Govt will have no business providing.
