The I-130 asks which USCIS office my husband will apply for adjustment of status in.

He is sending in an application for a work permit and travel document along with the application for adjustment of status. Where do we send all of these, and which USCIS office will he apply in?

The K-1 was filed in Laguna Niguel, CA.

If you`re filing I-485 together with I-130, then you should send them to Chicago Lockbox and that is what you indicate on your I-130 as USCIS office on line 22.

Sometime in 11/2006 --- Met online

09/26/2008 --- Got married

04/03/2009 --- AOS package sent

07/13/2009 --- Interview in Detroit,MI. Approved!!!

07/25/2009 --- GC received! Total: 3 months 12 days from NOA1 to GC mailboxhappy.gif

05/17/2011 --- ROC package sent

05/25/2011 --- NOA1 received

06/27/2011 --- Biometrics

10/17/2011 --- Approved! confetti.gif

10/21/2011 --- Received Permanent GC

To adjust status from an I-129f K1 visa you will send the I-485, I-765, and I-131 to:

USCUS

PO Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

You do not need to send an I-130 if you came to the US on a K1 visa and got married within 90 days.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
