Talked to Operator she said we should ask our lawyer when DOCUMENTS sent to NVC now i sent email to lawyer and hopefully all will be fine.

through AVR you can enter your uscis I130 number and then it tells you the nvc number.

did you try that as confirmation of your nvc number?

But when to call and i dont even have Number of NVC if some one has that plz give me the number .

If you do not have an NVC Number which first three digits are letter followed by other ten numbers, you can also use your USCIS number case.

to get your nvc number you must first do the AVR instead of going through operator immediately

option 1 for english

option 1 for family visa

option 1 for uscis number (as opposed to 2 for nvc number)

there you enter your uscis number and you hear

-your nvc number

-your status

eventually at the end you can do 0 to get to operator

or call back and do

option 1 for english

option 5 for operator

my lawyer sent me this email :

The documents were forwarded to the National Visa Center on 07/22/2009. I have this same problem with all my clients that are doing a CR-1 visa. The NVC will not register the documents until 1 1/2 after they received the documents. Please wait until you make another inquiry with NVC. It will take them about 2-4 weeks to process the paperwork.

I really hope all is going smooth and well .

did you try to get your NVC number through your USCIS number on the AVR

it takes 5 minutes!!

and can be done any time

you don't need the operator!

Your case could be complete

mine is according to sign in on fee payment.

and even with an RFE

Im glad your case is completed and i really hope mine will also complete and will u please tell me how to do AVR and how to get USCIS # ? sorry if im asking wrong thing well i pray that we both will get dates of interview soon .

I did called NVC and did that AVR option i gave them my EAC ######## and the operator said that AOS and IV FEE payment request were sent to us in JUNE and thats it. Im so confuse i dont know what to do .

seems that fees have not been paid.

How did lawyer say he paid?

did he pay on line or else?

did you write down the NVC case ID?

I remember the AVR starts telling you the NVC case ID

tomorrow when operator live is there you call and use this NVC case id to talk to him

while you are there, ask the live operator for your IIN Invoice identification number

with the IIN you could watch your status and maybe decide to pay on line
