Yes, having just arrived back from giving a presentation in Washington DC on Wednesday I was laid off this morning at 830AM Now its time to develop Plan B and C for the I-134. I have a couple months before her interview to find a job but really in this economy that will be unlikely, at least if I dont want a severe pay cut but thats an option as well. Heck, now a lot of things are options I may not have considered before.

Next week I file for unemployment, send back the laptop etc and tally up the assets and severance to see what I can pull together for I-134 along with my tax transcripts for the last 3 years. Oh well, not giving up on the K1 process just because of this bump in the road

In any case, I know there are other here in the forum going through the same and we just have to hang in there and stay positive.
