Lost NOA2?

Oh no... I think our NOA2 has gone missing. I do have the letter they sent me telling me that the K-1 was approved, will that suffice?

And why would they want a copy of the NOA2 anyway? It seems that having the visa itself would be proof enough that the case was approved.

You will have to order a copy for a new NOA2 - you need it for your AOS.

Unless you can prove it was lost/delayed due to USCIS problems, you will have to pay for it...

I had the same problem. I called and they told me to wait at least 30 days. I waited and waited and it never came. I was finally filing our AOS...as Bobby_Umit mentioned you need the NOA2 for AOS...so I called again. This time I got a man that from what I can tell looked up my case and simply said 'We will send you a another one". I was very relieved. Once I received the NOA2 I sent in my AOS. Wait the full 30 days and then call. I hope you have the same luck.
