What does CWOP mean on a K3 Visa?

Immigration officer wrote on my husbands visa CWOP during the adjustment of status interview.

2 seconds of googling turned up "cancelled without prejudice".

I assume the interview was successful and your husband now has a green card (or I-551 stamp), in which case the K-3 was invalided.

Husband showed up late to interview and I was alone. Immigration officer felt our marriage wasn't valid so how is this a green card?

Seems like there is more info that you can share to aid in getting a better response.

What else did the IO say? What else did the IO write or stamp in his passport?

Well I do not want to share too much information but lets just say me and the husband do not live together due to me having a restraining order against him. IO felt the marriage was not a valid one and was very upset due to my husband not arriving to his interview on time without a valid excuse. The IO wrote CWOP and put a line across the visa.

Seems like the K3 visa is cancelled and can't be used again to enter the US regardless of the printed expiration date on the visa.

Not sure where that puts your husband. If the IO stated that he does not think marraige is valid then I would think that the husband is out of status.

From some further reading I see where that type of visa cancellation means that he may apply for a visa again without these circumstances being held against him.

My wife entered on a K1 so that visa expired upon entry and nothing was stamped on it at AOS. (I just took out her passport and looked)
